Critical:QualityI was excited to get my nails done, asked for gel polish and a full set. Apparently that meant the $65 dollar gel nails, an easy thing to miscommunicate about… my nails burned while curing pretty badly and they were made extremely thick and long, after I had mentioned that I wanted them pretty short. The nail tech was looking at her phone under the desk most of the time she was tending to my nails. They were long, thick and crooked. She rushed out after finishing and charging me $70. I couldn’t just be okay with paying that much for nails I hated. I asked someone if they could shorten them and file them for me, he tried but they are still crooked and now short and wide looking. A definite disappointment.Service:Gel manicuresI was excited to get my nails done, asked for gel polish and a full set. they did the shape right, but they switched me onto an apprentice who painted my nails very poorly. once they were “dry,” they got messed up. they were also really rude, would not recommend.

My fill was good BUT the pedicure I was so excited for was not great at all and definitely not worth $50! All she did was trim the nails the massage lasted 3 min and done. I was extremely disappointed and will not be returning for a pedicure. It was supposed to be a treat for myself but it ended up just being a waste of $50.Nail art

They always rush you in and out. The French tips are always crooked. They raised their prices and the work gets sloppier. They used to be so nice and so good. My nails chipped within an hour of being there. It feels like they don’t care about the work they do. I stopped going because I was very upset with the end products.Manicure,Gel manicures,Pedicure,Acrylic nails

First experience three weeks ago with powder was a nightmare! I have arthritis in my fingers and the woman kept saying relax and pulling my fingers. Well can’t do it with the way my fingers are. Anyhow the nails looked bulky. And for a full set gel (my daughters) fullset powder for me came to $236!!!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! So when I got home that day, I bought some uv gel color as I wished that I would have done the gel instead of the powder. Anyhow today went to get a full was told can’t do gel fill since I had the powder. So back to fullset gel UV. I even brought my own nail polish. Costs me $90 for my nails! I had 4 gems put on, $5 each. This place is SO EXPENSIVE! it’s the last time I’m ever going there! Rip off

Choose soak-off gel nails instead of acrylic nails.
