Greenfield Edwin Arondell Chapman 2024 Edwin Arondell Chapman, known to most as "Aron", passed away at the age of 86 at Legacy at Springhurst in Greenfield. Aron was born on October 22, 1937, in Jamestown, Kentucky to the late E. Wolford Chapman and Effie (Morgan) Chapman. Aron married the love of his life, Judy (Day) Chapman on September 30, 1960. Aron proudly served his country in the United States Army from 1961-1967. Aron spent a 25-year career at Navistar in Indianapolis as a Machine Block Operator until his retirement in 1997.
